Kathmandu, July 11
The Manang Air helicopter, which had gone missing on Tuesday morning, has been found. Police informed the helicopter has crashed near the Lamjura pass in Solukhumbu.
Assistant Sub Inspector of Police Nirajan Basnet said police have recovered five dead bodies. Six people were on board the helicopter.
The helicopter lost contact around Lamjura Pass in Solukhumbhu on Tuesday morning.
CB Gurung, an experienced pilot, flew the helicopter. Five Mexicans boarded the flight – Ferando Sifuentes G, Abric Gonzalez, Olacio Luz Gonzalez, Maria Jose Sifuentes G and Ismael Rincon.
