Poachers have killed 2 rhinos in Chitwan National Park.

According to sources, poachers have killed two female rhinos in Chapparkhori in the eastern parts of the park.

Ganesh Tiwari, the information officer of Chitwan National Park, reported that smugglers have killed an 18-year-old and five-year-old rhino.

Park officials say smugglers killed the rhinos by trapping them in pits. The officials found the rhinos without horns and hooves. Park officials say the rhinos were killed around a week ago.
